Styling Clogs, a Fall Must Have Item.

Fall is officially here and winter is quickly approaching, but now is the time to wear all of the great fall pieces that might not be as wearable when 30 degree and below temperatures hit.

Number one on my list of items to buy now and wear now is clogs.

Clogs are one of those fashion pieces that comes back around again and again, and each time the trend comes back, it’s always a little sleeker and more wearable for the times.Used as a working shoe in many parts of the world, the clog was originally made for the lower class to wear while they worked with heavy machinery. France, UK, Dutch, Italy and Spain each have a different use for traditional clogs.

The most popular clog is a tourist item from Holland, the decorated wooden clog, which stemmed from the long time use of clogs as a worker’s shoe.

*The Dutch’s wooden clog has been officially accredited as safety shoes with the CE mark and can withstand almost any penetration including sharp objects and/or concentrated acids.

Clogs have come a long way since the earliest known use and they continue to develop and change with the generations.

Clogs can be worn so many different ways and with many different outfits. One pair of great clogs can take your wardrobe to a whole new level giving you several outfit options to work with.
